A Pair of Antique Circa Kangxi (1662 to 1722) Chinese Porcelain Lidded Baluster Vases. One vase with broken top (under lid), otherwise in good condition for both. Heavy for their size, foot rims show typical specks associated with period pieces, not signed. Blue and white graphics are hand painted and vary in intensity of blue from lighter to darker. Consistent and smooth glaze on the exterior. Bottom shows some glaze pitting and waviness, associated with pieces from this period. The foot rim is expertly hand trimmed. There are minor traces of iron and small traces of kiln grit, as expected. A nice pair.
