A view to the beach by Nicola Simbari, abstract expressionist, 1983 and featured in a book on his lifelong works. Signed lower right, in pencil. Framed and matted ready to hang. Some water stains on the backing but not penetrating through to the print or the mat. This is a framed print by the Italian artist Nicola Simbari (1927-2012). Simbari was a semi-abstract impressionist painter known for his vibrant depictions of beach scenes and landscapes. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome and first exhibited his work at the 1958 Brussels World's Fair.
