AUSTRIAN EMPIRE COIN SPOONS: 1858 Austrian Coin Spoon- Franz Joseph With Very Small 'N' Hallmark. 5 inches long, bowl size of the coin.
Like all spoons made from coins, this one is no different. The coin is an 1858 Franz Joseph coin just prior to the war of independence for Italy in 1859. The coin spoon is twisted and has a small hall mark of an āNā with another symbol on the handle. Appears to be well used, possibly for feed a small child, hence the bending may have been intentional.
Notes: Good condition, bent on purpose, wear to the coin. See photos.
