Cabin Fever Soluations is a Small Business that has been operating in Washington State since 1998 and has specialized in the re-selling of items gleaned from clearing Estates and Delinquent Storage units, as well as buying large Auction Lots. We also find value in the myriad of items regularly produced in the process when people Relocate, Down Size, or Retire. We've always been geared toward the resale of useful items and the re-use, upcycling and re-homing vintage and antique items in lot sizes that benefit End Users, Resellers or Homeowners. We do the work, so you can select only the lots you want or need!

Wow, great auctioneers! Everything was packaged in clean plastic, organized nicely in boxes for pickup. They even helped me carry it to the car. Very friendly people. Looking forward to doing business again.

Cabin Fever Solutions (CFS) terms and Conditions:
All items are SOLD AS IS.
- Bidders are encouraged to ask any needed questions prior to bidding. We do our best to list any damage, repairs or condition issues for each lot. The absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Most of the items sold are antique, vintage or have been used. Many are not individually tested. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age and use, unless otherwise stated. Please review photos and descriptions carefully prior to bidding.
- Extended Bidding: If a bid is placed in the last 2 minutes the auction will automatically extend for an additional 2 minutes.
- There is a buyer’s premium added to all lots. Please read all instructions and ask any questions before bidding.
- Current bids cannot be changed or removed, once submitted, and each one is a promise that you will honor the bid and the auction terms.
- Winning bidders will receive a pick-up location address via email within 48 hours after the close of sale and payment has been received. Please contact us at 360 462-2222, if you do not receive this email.
- Bidders agree to forfeit their purchases, without refund, if they cannot make the pickup time.
Shipping:
- Auction Lots will indicate if they have the option for Shipping or will be Local Pick-up. Those that have the option to ship, will indicate so. We ship in USPS boxes. Shipping costs will be a combination of the USPS Label Cost and a handling fee, to cover shipping supplies and overhead.
- You will receive an Invoice from Cabin Fever Solutions for the total Shipping Cost, which will be seperate from the Aution Lot Invoice amount. Once the Shipping Invoice is paid, a USPS Tracking Number will be available.
- We will not ship partial lots. Buyer is responsible for taking the entire lot. Refunds will not be given for Shipped Lots.
Local Pick-up:
- Buyers with invoices over $300 must be prepared to show photo ID.
- Inspect your items before leaving the pick-up location and discuss any issues wtih an on-site team member. Removal of the items from the pick-up area shows agreement that you have all your items and are satisfied with the auction lots.
- Restrooms are not available at the pick-up site.
- No small children or animals are allowed at the pick-up site since load out can be dangerous.
- Please bring sufficiant packing materials to safeguard your items. Some items may be pre-packed or staged in totes that may not be included in the lot description. If help is needed to physically lift and carry your items, please bring the needed help.
