Pick-Up Instructions
1. Date and Time: Pick-up is available on August 17th (Saturday) and August 18th (Sunday), 2024, in Plainview, NY from 11 AM to 3 PM.
2. Appointment Only: Buyers must schedule a specific pick-up time via text before arriving. A storage fee will be charged if buyers do not pick up their items on the scheduled dates. No exceptions. The fee is $50 per day for unpicked items.
3. Packing Materials Required: Buyers must bring their own packing materials and boxes to ensure the safe transportation of items.
4. Onsite Inspection and Signature: Items will be inspected upon pick-up, and a signature is mandatory to confirm receipt.
***Please be aware that once items leave the pick-up or delivery location, the auction house is not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping or handling.

**Authentic/By/Authenticated**
"Authentic" or "By" indicates that an artwork is by the artist named. These terms are used when there is historical documentation or full provenance.

"Authenticated" indicates that the artwork has been deemed authentic by a recognized authority or as the conclusion of scholarly research.

**Attributed/Attr.**
"Attributed" (Attr.) is used when there is a strong possibility that the artwork is by the artist whose name is on it, but there is no provenance or conclusive documentation to prove it. **In The Manner Of**
"In The Manner Of," or simply "Manner Of," qualifies an artwork that strongly resembles the work of a master artist. It is often used for artworks bearing the name of a famous artist but not believed to be by that artist's hand.

**Attributed/In The Manner Of**

**After**
"After" is used in two ways:
1. To denote that the work is a copy of a known artwork by another artist.

Contemporary use of the term also includes signatures in photo-mechanical and digitally made reproductions when the signature is not a hand-applied addition to a print.
