Scam like everyone said

Same situation, they texted after the lots were closed stating their bank account was compromised and they will reschedule payment and pickup date, haven't heard a word since. Beware!

And why are they still allowed on the platform?!

I would like to pick up my items.

This company is a scam!! They have sent a text saying they are having issues proving payment since there account has been compromised. Therefore they cannot prove I have paid and push off pickup. Shame on Auction Ninja for not letting us see reviews or vetting your sellers better!

Scammers. Like ruby wrote, once you win they send a text saying that they are having a financial issue and have to push back pickup. The pickup date was before the auction was completed. Auction ninja hasn't responded to this, so beware this company.

This seller refunded my payment and advised that their account was compromised. They stated that they would contact me for pick-up at which time I would be re-charged. I went to the pick-up address and the place was empty. After reading through my invoice I noticed that the pick up date was February 18th and 19th for an auction that ended February 23rd. I called , and texted . The called was forwarded to a NJ # which was unavailable. Called the # on the text which appears to be an invalid#. These guys are SCAMMERS!!!! Beware!!!!!
