Please be aware that we can no longer accommodate holding lots due to forgotten pickups. It is essential to collect your items within the designated pickup times. Otherwise, your items will ...view morebe placed in storage, and storage fees will apply ($20 for small items and $40 for furniture).
All items must be collected during the specified weekend.
Items not picked up within the designated timeframe will be deemed forfeited.

**Pickup Hours:
When: Thursday through Saturday
Time: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
We kindly ask that you adhere to these hours to facilitate a smooth pickup process.

**Shipping Service:
Eligible Items: Shipping is available for smaller items only (furniture & Chandeliers and Mirrors excluded).
How to Arrange Shipping: Select the shipping option during registration.

**Shipping Confirmation:
Shipping quote will be provided via email.
Approval and address confirmation are required.
All shipping arrangements must be finalized before Friday.

**Tax ID Number:
We cannot issue tax refunds if a bidder provides their tax ID after the sale.
Credit card companies impose fees for processing refunds, so please ensure tax information is provided during registration.
