Antique Louis XVI Style Cane Back Chair With Floral Needlepoint Seat

This elegant Louis XVI style chair is a charming blend of classic French design and intricate craftsmanship. The chair features a delicately woven cane back, typical of the Louis XVI style, framed by a finely carved wood structure. The seat is upholstered with a richly detailed floral needlepoint in vibrant hues, showcasing beautiful roses and scrolling patterns against a deep burgundy background.

While the chair retains its regal charm, there is some wear to the cane back, including a small break in the weave, as shown in the images, adding to its antique character and authenticity.

We invite everyone to join us for an in-person preview of the items from Thursday through Saturday, 10 am to 2 pm. Keep in mind that photographs may not capture all details accurately.Structurally sound with visible wear to the cane back. The needlepoint seat remains in excellent condition with vivid colors. Minor surface scratches and age-appropriate wear on the wood frame.
