BUYER BEWARE! BL raised its sellers fee four times in the year. It went from 18% to 19% to 20% and is now 21%. We didn't notice this last increase until we reconciled the invoice. They say the rate published on their page but I discovered it was not, that is, until I pointed it out. They cheat and rip off their regular buyers.

Pickup: Chaotic. Staff of 3 scurried to find one woman's items. Almost every attempt was unsuccessful; no idea where anything is. NB: It's called planning and organization. No available parking on street, but told, "Do not double park!" If I hadn't feared being towed, I would have laughed. First time, last time - unless they list an item that is worth more than my home. (The man with the Eastern European accent was kind.)
