By participating in our auctions, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Item Descriptions: All items are described to the best of our knowledge based on information provided by sellers and our assessments. 2. Condition of Items: All items are sold "as-is," with no warranties or guarantees, either expressed or implied. Buyers are responsible for thoroughly reviewing item descriptions and photos before bidding. Any condition reports provided are for reference only.

3. Shipping and Delivery:
Large Items (Furniture, Sculptures, Paintings): BRETTON ART does not provide shipping for large items such as furniture, sculptures, and oversized paintings. Buyers are responsible for arranging their own shipping through third-party carriers. We can provide a list of recommended shipping companies upon request.

4. Other Items: For all other items, BRETTON ART can arrange shipping. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be added to the final invoice. We are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during transit. Insurance can be arranged at the buyer’s request and expense.

5. Payment Terms: All payments must be completed when the auction's close. Items will not be shipped until full payment, including shipping costs (if applicable), has been received.

6. Returns and Refunds: All sales are final. BRETTON ART does not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item is proven to be significantly misrepresented. In such cases, the buyer must provide a certified appraisal or documentation from a qualified expert. Any claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

7. Liability: BRETTON ART is not liable for any damage, loss, or dissatisfaction resulting from the purchase, shipping, or handling of auction items. Buyers assume all risks once items are transferred to shipping carriers.

Shipping and Transportation

Furniture and Large Paintings: We do not provide shipping or transportation services for furniture and large paintings. Buyers are responsible for arranging their own transportation.

PaymentFull payment must be completed within the specified time frame after the auction ends. Failure to make payment on time may result in the cancellation of the purchase and the forfeiture of the item.
