Mike is extremely easy to deal with. When I called him for clarification on shipping, he picked up on the first ring and unlike some auction runners I have 'tried' to call he actually acted as if he was glad I called and then was very engaging. He didn't rush me off the call even though it was 3 hours until his auction began. I am looking forward to his next auction.
