Please bring boxes and necessary packing materials for auction wins. Small items will be brought out to the winning bidders. Large items will need to be removed by the winner. Please bring the necessary help for ...view moreremoving your items. Large items that are located downstairs will be noted in the description. If any damage is caused when removing items from the property you will be held responsible for the repair cost. Tables for packing your items will be available. If you choose to have your items shipped there will be a $5 fee added to the shipping cost to cover packing materials and transportation. Shipping is available for items that can safely be packed in a 16" x 16" x 16" box or smaller. If the pick up date does not work for you please contact me via phone call or text, Rachel 970-518-8955, before bidding to see if a different pick up time can be accommodated. Any questions you may have can be submitted through Auction Ninja or phone call/text.

All items are sold AS IS! There are certain items we do not have the ability or time to fully test and guarantee functionality. We strongly encourage you to reach out with any questions prior to bidding. While we do our best to properly represent all items in our auctions we are human and with that sometimes comes error. The photos are part of the description so please look at them carefully. The majority aof items we sell are previoujsly loved so age appropriate damage should be expected.
