-Pickup date for this auction will be Wednesday July 19th by appointment between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Please confirm an alternate time with us before bidding if you cannot pick up your item at the ...view moredesignated time.
Pick-up will work on scheduled time slots to avoid large crowds and reduce wait times. Your win email will include a link to schedule a pick-up slot during the pick-up day. If you schedule your pickup this will avoid crowds and long waits when you get here!
-Please bring your manpower for loading furniture and heavy items, and bring your packing materials. We will NOT have movers on site to move heavy items. All buyers are responsible for removing purchased items during pick-up time.
-Ask us about shipping. We are happy to ship small items at buyers' expense with a $10 handling fee per item. Please contact 720-231-1281 before bidding to confirm your item is shippable.
All art, oversized, and breakable items will be packed and shipped via a third-party shipper, our local Postnet, billing the buyer directly. Smaller, non-breakable items will be shipped via USPS Priority with a $10 per lot handling fee. PLEASE CALL TO DISCUSS ANY SHIPPING NEEDS BEFORE BIDDING.
Regardless of how items will be shipped, if you get preapproval, you'll still need to email us at rehomehighcountry@gmail.com following auction closing to remind us that you need shipping. Buyer pays all shipping costs. Items will ship within a week of purchase.
- Shipping large pieces such as furniture is possible, however, the bidder will need to coordinate with a nationwide shipping company. The third-party mover will be responsible for inspection and signing off on the item before it leaves the auction site. Once the item is in the possession of the mover, ReHome will no longer be held responsible for the item. Pick arrangements need to be made in the timeframe stated above. Email us at ReHomehighcountry@gmail to inform us of the pick-up details.
-All sales are final. All items are SOLD AS IS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions before bidding. Please refer to the photos as part of the description. All items are sold as-is, where-is. We will do its best to list any damage, repairs, or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Most of the items we sell are antique, vintage, or used. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age. All sales are final. No returns, credits, or exchanges.
