Large items will need to be removed by the winner. PLEASE ...view morebring the necessary help for removing your items, we cannot offer assistance in the removal of large pieces. If any damage is caused when removing items from the property you will be held responsible for the repair cost. Tables for packing your items will be available. If you choose to have your items shipped there will be a $5 fee added to the shipping cost to cover packing materials and transportation. Shipping is available for items that can safely be packed in a 16" x 16" x 16" box or smaller. Please remeber that boxes over 12" and of heavier weight get quite expensive to ship.
