Bring boxes and necessary packing materials for auction wins. They are not provided. Small items will be brought out to the winning bidders. Large items will need to be removed by the winner. PLEASE bring the ...view morenecessary help for removing your items, we cannot offer assistance in the removal of large pieces. There is an upstairs and a downstairs in this home. If a large item is located up or down it will be noted in the description. If any damage is caused when removing items from the property you will be held responsible for the repair cost. Tables for packing your items will be available. If you choose to have your items shipped there will be a $5 fee added to the shipping cost to cover packing materials and transportation. Shipping is available for items that can safely be packed in a 16" x 16" x 16" box or smaller. Please remember that boxes over 12" and of heavier weight get quite expensive to ship. Items larger than this can be shipped by a third party at buyers expense.
