PLEASE READ!! Bring boxes and necessary packing materials for auction wins. They are not provided. Small items will be brought out to the winning bidders. Large items will need to be removed by the winner. PLEASE ...view morebring the necessary help for removing your items, there will be a $20 fee for us to help you remove large items and we are not responsible for any damages caused during removal. It is the responsibility of the buyer to bring adequate help if you would like to avoid this fee. If any damage is caused when removing items from the property you will be held responsible for the repair cost. Delivery is available for some large items, please contact prior to bidding with what item(s) you are interested in and your location for a delivery quote. Tables for packing your items will be available. If you choose to have your items shipped there will be a $5 fee added to the shipping cost to cover packing materials and transportation. Shipping is available for items that can safely be packed in a 16" x 16" x 16" box or smaller. Please remember that boxes over 12" and of heavier weight get quite expensive to ship.
