Framed Painting On Glass In Gold Toned Frame

The painting is done on the outside of the glass. There are a few small areas of paint that have come off. Although it has not been confirmed it looks like there is a chance that there may be a piece behind the glass. In photo 4 you can see a small spot that the paint is missing.
