Comfort Base Regal Bedframes With Mattresses

The card showing the remote shows the many functions.
Two twin size beds pushed together to make a king size bed.
The bed on the left is getting power but was not raising or lowering with use of the remote.
The bed on the right seemed to be functioning properly, there is a small stain on the mattress protector.

These are located upstairs, appropriate help for removal is required.
