This pick up has a long, steep, dirt road to access the property. Please be cautioned if you are inexperienced with driving a trailer you may have an issue driving on the road and we advise that you bring someone with experience driving trailers to the property. There is no alternate road to access this property. There is plenty of parking at the base of the property.

Each lot contains a photo indicating if the lot is available to be shipped. Your card on file will be charged the actual cost of shipping plus a handling fee of $25.00 when the item is shipped. Shipping may take up to two weeks following the close of an auction. All questions must be addressed prior to bidding on items. No refunds will be given for shipped items. No refund will be issued if the buyer decides not to ship.
