This home is located in a condominium. It is up a flight of stairs with no elevator or alternate way to reach the top besides the staircase. There is parking onsite but you will need to arrive as close to your pick up time as possible to get your items. There will not be a person directing traffic but there will be signage.

A link will be shared with you to set up a pick up time through Sign Up Genius by 5PM the following business day after the auction closes on Sunday 12/8

Shipping may take up to two weeks following the close of an auction. All questions must be addressed prior to bidding on items. No refunds will be given for shipped items. No refund will be issued if the buyer decides not to ship.
