This home is located in an area with only a few parking spots available and zero off road parking. Parking on the grass will not be allowed. When you get to the home you will only be allowed on the property with you vehicle if there is room for you to park. We will not be able to direct you to off road parking. You may park at your own risk and walk in. For these reasons we have opened the pick up to start as early as possible, at 10AM. For these reasons there will NOT be a sign up genius for this auction.
This homes contents are mostly located downstairs. The entire outside property is extremely slippery and we recommend you wear your most slip resistant shoes.

Blue Nest Home does not provide alternate pick up times. I agree to forfeit my purchase without refund if I can not make the pick up time, pay the shipping costs or make prior arrangements.

Each lot contains a photo indicating if the lot is available to be shipped. Your card on file will be charged the actual cost of shipping plus a handling fee of $25.00 when the item is shipped. Shipping may take up to two weeks following the close of an auction. All questions must be addressed prior to bidding on items. No refunds will be given for shipped items. No refund will be issued if the buyer decides not to ship.
