This seller was running an in person estate sale during the auction pick up hours. Unfortunately, this made for a very chaotic pick up experience. Lots of people wandering the house looking to buy items that were interspersed with the sold auction items. The seller staff was frantic, trying to close off rooms to the estate shoppers, which made it very difficult to access our auction items. I would strongly suggest no sellers try to run a large estate sale during auction pick up hours. It's a disservice to anyone. I spent nearly $3000 on auction items and was treated poorly at pick up, doors slammed in my face, and staff prioritizing shoppers over those trying to pick up their purchased auction items. It took over an hour to collect my items from random places inside the house. Sadly, I don't think I will purchase from this seller again.
