The Eames family was known for the Eames Massacre, which occurred in the late 1600's. As a result, most of the land in what is now South Framingham was given to the family by the government because of failing to protect the family from attack by local natives. These pieces are noted in the description.

Please also see part two of this estate auction here. Winning bidders may elect to pick up their phase 1 auction items at the second pick up, to be held Sunday, Nov. 19th. Please email the auction manager following the close of the auction if you will be utilizing this option.

Local pick up is Saturday, Nov. 11th, from 10-1. Shipping is available on select items.
