Unless you want your order shipped to a different address than listed on your Auction Ninja account, you do not need to send an email. Your package will be shipped to you within 5 days of the auction closing. Our minimum shipping fee is $5 and it will be charged to the credit card on file after the auction closes. We do our best to keep shipping cost as low as possible. If you are local to the Nashua NH. area and would like to arrange to pick up your items, you can contact the auction manager to make pick up arrangements.

We offer in-house shipping for non-breakable, small-to-medium sized items. These items are marked in Auction Ninja with a shipping box icon. For breakable items (ceramic, glass, pottery, etc) and bulky/heavy items, we are happy to transport your auction winnings to a pack and ship store. A minimum transfer fee of $15 applies. The fee will be billed to the credit card on file with Auction Ninja. Payment for packing and shipping to our shipping partner is a separate fee paid directly to them. We do not transfer furniture, and cannot refund purchases that are ineligible for shipping or transfer to a pack and ship store.
