SHIPPING OPTIONS:
USPS SHIPPING
We offer in-house shipping for non-breakable, small-to-medium sized items. These items are marked in Auction Ninja with a shipping box icon. For breakable items (ceramic, glass, pottery, etc) and items that will not fit in a 20" square box, we are happy to transport your auction winnings to a local pack and ship store. A minimum transfer fee of $15 applies. The fee will be billed to the credit card on file with Auction Ninja. The Auction Manager will follow up with contact details for the appropriate store after the auction closes. We do not transfer furniture, and cannot refund purchases that are ineligible for shipping or transfer to a pack and ship store. If you would like to have large items or furniture shipped (tables, sofas, etc), please contact www.parcelroom.com directly for a quote. Please contact the auction manager if Parcel Room will be picking up on your behalf.
