Research Notes For "This Heart Of Mine"

The mother load of research packets. Extensive hand written notes on flowers, characters, women’s names, tons of research on India governmental process of the time of the book, articles on India, maps, receipts from other libraries on Long Island about books she used for research, photocopied research from books including “India” by P. Spear, Akbar & The Mughal Empire by J. Harrison and a book called “Akbar The Great”, multiple pamphlets on gemstones from Garnet and Emeralds, to Diamonds and Sapphire, A National Geographic Zoo magazine on Elephants, a New York Times fax or teletype printout from 1983 entitled “Passage To Malbar”, research outdoor markets, Sir Walter Raleigh, Forrest Castle Wales, the way people dressed at the times and the procedures to get certain fancy garments from multiple countries, plus a HUGE amount of hand written EVERTHING. Characters, plot points, names, descriptions, gifts given on New Years (!), female attendants, writing about the possibility of naming a rose “Skye O’Malley” (?!) Hand written family tree, and more than I can type here. This one is loaded.
