We offer in-house shipping for non-breakable, small-to-medium sized items. These items are marked in Auction Ninja with a shipping box icon. For breakable items (ceramic, glass, pottery, etc) and bulky/heavy items, we may be able to transport your auction winnings to a pack and ship store. A minimum transfer fee of $15 applies. The fee will be billed to the credit card on file with Auction Ninja. Payment for packing and shipping to our shipping partner is a separate fee paid directly to them and must be arranged by the buyer. We do not transfer furniture, and cannot refund purchases that are ineligible for shipping or transfer to a pack and ship store, or in cases where the buyers does not wish to pay the quoted costs for third party shipping.
