2007 Fleetwood Seapine Pop-Up Camper With Heat And AC - See Video Walkthrough (KM)

2007 Fleetwood Seapine camper. Features include:

Heat and AC
Queen and Full Size slide out beds
Dining area and u-shaped sofa that both convert to additional sleeping space
Interior stove and refrigerator
Storage cabinets

Blackout curtains on the left and right sides were replaced, and cabinet knobs were updated. Note that the photos were taken without the door in place (it stores in the ceiling area).

Lamp, throw pillows, broom and other accessories in the video are not included.

Good condition overall, though this camper will need some repairs to the canvas - there are a few places that need the seams sealed. There are also a few small screen tears that could be patched . There is some residue on the plastic windows from the last curtains that were installed. It doesn't effect the use and some of it came off with a good scrubbing of the plastic. The table laminate is peeling on one edge. There is rust underneath and on the stabilizers (not rusted through, mostly just from outdoor use). The stabilizers move up and down without issue.

A couple of hours of of work will make this camper ready for another season or a quick flip in the spring.

The camper is currently snowed in (hoping for a thaw). The winning bidder is welcome to schedule a pick up time later in March.
