My wife and I have purchased dozens of items from Katie and her team. We love everything about the experiences we have doing business with Bird's Nest. The communication is accurate and fast. The pickups are very fun and very organized. The staff Katie brings with her is very helpful and very kind (I am handicapped and they treat me like a king.)
