They could improve on calls or text messages, every time I call no answer shipping service take a bit of time, I'm a fair Person and communication is key in every business, if a business doesn't improve on their weaknesses will end it up on unhappy customers, I have faith on you guys and happy holidays.

Thanks for the feedback! We are working limited hours through the holidays, though I've just added an auto-reply so that is more clear. Our shipping speed at the moment is probably somewhere below that of a carrier pigeon, which we recognize is not ideal. Plans are underway to address that in the new year.
