USPS SHIPPING
We offer in-house shipping for non-breakable, small-to-medium sized items. These items are marked in Auction Ninja with a shipping box icon. For breakable items (ceramic, glass, pottery, etc) and bulky/heavy items, we are happy to transport your auction winnings to a pack and ship store. A minimum transfer fee of $15 applies. The fee will be billed to the credit card on file with Auction Ninja. Payment for packing and shipping to our shipping partner is a separate fee paid directly to them. We do not transfer furniture, and cannot refund purchases that are ineligible for shipping or transfer to a pack and ship store.
TRANSFER
Items can be transferred to Londonderry, NH, for pick up at a later date. Fees are based on the amount of space needed. Details are available here: https://www.birdsnestauctions.com/shipping-for-auctions/. Fees are billed to the credit card on file with Auction Ninja. Items must be picked up within two weeks. Please contact the auction manager with your preferred day and time. WE DO NOT TRANSFER LARGE, BULKY OR HEAVY ITEMS. LARGE MIXED LOTS AND FURNITURE ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR TRANSFER.
