We offer in-house shipping for non-breakable, small-to-medium sized items. These items are marked in Auction Ninja with a shipping box icon. For breakable items (ceramic, glass, pottery, etc) and items that will not fit in a 20" square box, we are happy to transport your auction winnings to a local UPS Store or other shipper. A minimum transfer fee of $15 applies. The fee will be billed to the credit card on file with Auction Ninja. The Auction Manager will follow up with details for making alternate shipping arrangements. We do not transfer furniture, and cannot refund purchases that are ineligible for shipping or transfer to a different shipper.
