All items are shipped USPS Priority or UPS/FedEx, all are insured. Please note in the event of lost of damaged packages the buyer is responsible for filing the claim. Our obligation is to provide proof of shipment and insure the package. After that it is in the hands of the Post Office or UPS shipper, we are not responsible for claims that are not paid by the shipping company. Larger items marked for UPS package store shipping requires your credit card # in advance we will drop it off at the package store for you.
