This home is located in a condo like setting ...view moreso we cannot have multiple vehicles on the property. The pick up home is located in Hooksett NH. See scheduled days for available time slots, Items not picked up or asked to ship by the last pick up day will be considered forfeited without refund. Please alert us if you are sending someone else to pick up your items since you have paid and we want to make sure the proper person is receiving your goods. There are no exceptions items must be picked up by NOVEMBER 12th at 5 pm. Failure to pick up or ask for shipping results in you forfeiting your paid items without refund. Pick up times are scheduled for 11/08 & 11/10 from 1-5pm & 11/12 from 1-4 pm. Please make sure you have an appt for pickup when the auction is completed and you have won items.

IF YOU PICK UP ~ Moving and transporting of your items will not be provided. Please bring your own help and tools to move large and heavy items, and ensure you have sufficient space in your vehicle to haul. If you purchased breakable items bring packing materials and boxes to collect your items we DO NOT have packing materials to offer you.

IF YOU ARE SHIPPING: We will recharge your card on file with AN once the item is wrapped and ready to ship. We can provide USPS shipping in Priority boxes with a $5. per box fee added on to the actual ship/insurance costs on your invoice. PLEASE NOTE this is a per box fee you can put several items in the shipping box. If you purchase 20 items or 1 item the fee is for the box, we will use whatever size box is needed to package your items securely. Items shipped by "in-house shipping" may take up to 10 days to pack as we are limited on staff. We appreciate your understanding.
