PICK UP or SHIPPING AVAILABLE is clearly marked on each lots description make sure you read. IMPORTANT NOTE: furniture and larger items are marked PICK UP IN LEOMINSTER MA. You need to pick those items up at the estate on Saturday 7/29 ONLY no other pickup dates are available for Leominster pickup items. If you do not pick up the furniture in Leominster on that date you will forfeit your items without refund. We pack and ship on July 25th thru July 27th to invoices marked "shipping". If you marked your invoice "pick up" and need it shipped please call before July 27th to request shipping. After the 27th your items will need to be picked up on listed dates or forfeited. Those are our only shipping days! We place a 20" ruler scale in one of the photos for each lot to show you size please view all photos. Items shipped by "in-house shipping" may take up to 10 days to ship as we are limited on staff. We ship Priority mail or UPS only with an $8 handling charge per order. Larger items can be delivered to the "UPS package store" shipping requires your credit card # in advance, we will drop it off at the package store for you.
