All REAL WOOD, the fish sign has the name LANAHAN I'm not sure if that was someone's name? I love the largest sign that reads " SWIMMERS BEWARE MERMAIDS IN THE WATER". A fun piece to hang near the pool or by your lake cottage. The WELCOME sign has a carved dog that resembles a Golden Retriever it has eye hooks that allow the lower welcome sign to swivel. The last piece is a vintage antique piece, carved architectural piece from furniture that has a nice form and design. All ready to use
