Interesting pair of vintage spectacles, eye glasses with double fold over lens for extra magnification. Fold them to the side for extra Peripheral vision. These are signed on the inner arm as "FISHER, Philadelphia". They have a Silver appearance probably silver plate? Well made with pull in and out extending arms.
