PICK-UP: All items must be picked up in Denver, CO, on your choice of Thursday, September 5th, Friday, September 6th, Saturday, September 7th, or Sunday, September 8th between the hours of noon and 3 pm. Items not picked up by appointment by September 9th will be subject to a $5 per day per item storage fee beginning September 10th (unless arrangements have been made with us prior to September 9th in writing via email or messaging via Auction Ninja – such as if you know you will be on vacation, live far away, have an emergency, etc). Failure to obtain consent in writing via email or messaging via Auction Ninja alternative pickup plans may result in the forfeiture of winning lots with no refunds nor credit if items are not picked up by 3 pm on September 15th (unless otherwise granted in writing by Bid For Décor staff). We are always happy to work with our clients - particularly those from far away - so please contact us if you would like to schedule a date and/or time different from what is offered. With notice beforehand and timely payment, we do not charge storage fees for the first 16 days following auction close so that customers may combine pickups over more than one auction or take extra time as needed. SHIPPING: Most, but not all, items in this auction are available for shipping. WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO THE REGISTERED CREDIT CARD ADDRESS ON FILE. All shipping charges for items shipped in-house will be charged to the credit card on file and a shipping receipt with tracking will be emailed to the account on file. There is a simple $10 handling fee per auction for shipping – for unlimited items to ship. All items shipped will be sent in the most economical, efficient means available via Fed Ex, UPS, and USPS. If possible, shipping will be combined if it makes economical and practical sense to do so for you. If purchasing a large number of items, you may elect to ship via pallet by freight if available. In this case, you may bid on any item in the auction for shipping if utilizing your own service or intend to ship via wrapped pallet by freight. You may also use your own third party shipping service if they can pick up from the warehouse, which does have a forklift. A shipping release form will be forwarded to you prior to shipping. WE SHIP QUICKLY. We endeavor to ship all items from our Denver warehouse within 7 business days of the close of the auction! And we often ship within just 3-4 business days.
