Also bring any tools needed to disassemble your treasures. While we at Best Treasures make every effort to list any flaws, repairs or defects it should not be implied that items are in perfect condition. All items should be considered in used condition unless otherwise stated. Therefore, all items are sold in as is condition. There are no refunds or exchanges for any reason. ALL SALES ARE FINAL . Thank you for your understanding. VERY IMPORTANT please note this property has a very tight narrow driveway and the entrance is on a semi blind curve. If you are coming for a very large item that needs time to disassemble or take out of the home, please let us know which day and approximate time you are coming. If the item needs disassembling we may have to schedule in a specific time for your pick up, and not during the busy pick up time. ( this is only for the really big items) We need you to text us which day you plan to arrive. The owners and staff are going to assist and escort you if it is a small item it may be brought to edge of driveway for pick up but you must text us 30-45 minutes before hand with your last name. Optional pick up for small items can be picked up at our store front in New Milford, but please alert auction manager after you won your items that you choose that option and which day either one day before or one day after regular onsite pick up.
