Pay extra attention to items that will require extra or specific tools to disassemble, and please plan timing of pick up accordingly. If you win the bid for a large item please text message us as to which day you plan to pick up your large items, or if you haven numerous more than 7 items to pick up.
Pick up is on first come basis and please text us 30 minutes prior to arrival. Parking is limited and we appreciate your patience getting people in and out for items. All items are in used condition unless otherwise noted and we make every effort to correctly describe any defects or flaws, but it is not to be construed that items are in perfect condition. There are no refunds for any reason. Also note you are responsible for any damage caused while picking up your items so please be respectful of the property.
