PLEASE DO NOT COME IN TO THE STORE FOR PICK UP, YOUR WINNING ITEMS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED FROM THE BACK OF THE STORE OUTSIDE PARKING AREA. HOWEVER THE STORE HAS WONDERFUL MERCHANDISE FOR SALE AND YOU ARE ALWAYS WELCOME TO BROWSE AND SHOP.
PLEASE PARK IN THE BACK OF THE STORE IN THE PARKING LOT. PICK UP IS IN THE BACK PARKING LOT NEXT TO THE STORAGE UNIT, THERE WILL BE A SIGN. WHEN YOU ARRIVE FOR THE PICK UP PLEASE CALL OR TEXT 516-406-0440. WE WILL NEED YOUR FULL NAME AND LOT NUMBER(S), THE CAR MAKE MODEL AND COLOR, AND SOMEONE WILL BRING THE ITEMS OUT TO YOU WHERE YOU ARE PARKED. YOU MUST HAVE GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID TO PICK UP ITEMS. BUYER'S CONTRACT Bids placed on the Auction Ninja website and at this auction are a binding contract and you are responsible for paying all amounts due to Best Estate and Tag Sales, LLC. Please do not bid if you are unable to pay and take possession of the items in the specified time periods for each auction, sale or event.
ITEM DESCRIPTIONS All items are sold As-Is, Where-Is. While Best Estate Finds will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Most of the items Best Estate Finds sells are antique, vintage or used unless stated otherwise. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age. Best Estate Finds offers preview inspections on some of its auctions for the sole purpose of allowing the opportunity for personal inspection before placing your bids. Condition reports may be available upon request. Questions prior to bidding are encouraged.
JEWELRY NOTE Any condition statement is given as a courtesy to a client. It is only a subjective, qualified opinion genuinely held by Best Estate Finds and should not be treated as a statement of fact. It is to be used for guidance purposes only. Best Estate Finds shall have no responsibility for any error or omission. Best Estate Finds follows GIA standards for jewelry and all weights, measurements, color, and clarity are estimated and approximate.
BUYER'S PREMIUM A buyer's premium of 18% will be added to the hammer price in all online only auctions. SALES TAX All sales are subject to appropriate sales tax laws. Tax exempt buyers must provide the appropriate state sales tax exemption certificate prior to the end of the sale. Upon receipt of such information by Best Estate Finds, your future purchases will not be taxed. Tax resale forms can be submitted in your membership profile. Your profile name and address must be the same as your resale certificate.
RETENTION OF CREDIT CARD INFORMATION By providing your credit card information to Auction Ninja, you authorize Auction Ninja and Best Estate and Tag Sales, LLC to auto debit/charge your credit/debit card on file for the purchase amount of any successful bid(s) or purchase(s) plus any applicable taxes as well as shipping/delivery/transportation costs and handling/storage fees if those are applicable.
IN THE EVENT THAT YOU FAIL TO PICK-UP AND/OR PAY FOR YOUR ITEMS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BEST ESTATE AND TAG SALES, LLC, TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU HEREBY AUTHORIZE BEST ESTATE AND TAG SALES, LLC, TO CHARGE YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD FOR THE PURCHASE AMOUNT OF THE ITEMS PLUS ANY TAXES AS WELL AS SHIPPING/DELIVERY COSTS AND HANDLING/STORAGE FEES IF APPLICABLE.
SHIPPING, DELIVERY & PICK-UP Successful buyers must pick up their items at the designated sale location within the assigned time frame as stated in the sale details page. BEST ESTATE AND TAG SALES, LLC generally does not provide shipping nor packing services unless agreed otherwise in advance.
Shipping Transportation Options below for exceptions of items that are specifically listed as PICK UP ONLY, all shipping services must be arranged by winning bidder at winning bidder's expense. If after winning an item you determine you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled removal times and dates, you must contact BEST ESTATE FINDS within 24 hours prior of the pick-up date and we will determine if alternate arrangements may be made. These arrangements will be at the sole discretion of BEST ESTATE FINDS and may be subject to transport and storage fees which will be payable upon retrieval of your items.
Shipping/Transportation Options USPS, UPS and FEDEX: BEST ESTATE FINDS will pack your items for shipping via listed services to winning bidders and will ship the items on your behalf. Additional shipping and handling fees will be applied to a separate invoice if this service is chosen. This shipping and handling invoice must be paid prior to any shipping of your item(s). BEST ESTATE FINDS is not in the shipping business, please allow up to one week for BEST ESTATE FINDS to process your shipping request. It is the sole responsibility of the winning bidder to contact BEST ESTATE FINDS to make the shipping and handling request and make the requisite payment.
FORFEITURE OF ITEMS Any items not paid for in accordance with the Site's Terms & Conditions will be forfeited by you. Any items not picked-up in accordance with the designated auction pick-up dates and times will be forfeited by you. BEST ESTATE FINDS at its sole discretion will re-offer the items or donate them to a charity of BEST ESTATE FINDS choosing. BEST ESTATE FINDS reserves the right to report your account to collections for the combined total of the original invoice amount and any moving or disposal charges. Your membership with BEST ESTATE FINDS and AUCTION NINJA may be revoked unless past due invoices and any additional charges are paid in full and auction winnings are picked-up within the designated pickup dates and times.
IF YOU FAIL TO PICK-UP ANY ITEMS WITHIN 21 CALENDAR DAYS OF THE CLOSE OF BIDDING, IT WILL BE CONSIDERED THAT YOU HAVE FORFEITED THE ITEMS AND TITLE WILL REVERT TO BEST ESTATE FINDS. BEST ESTATE FINDS MAY AT ITS ABSOLUTE AND SOLE DISCRETION, RESELL THE ITEMS OR DONATE THEM TO A CHARITY OF BEST ESTATE FINDS CHOOSING. BEST ESTATE FINDS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHARGE THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE FOR ANY MOVING OR DISPOSAL CHARGES.
