We list 300-400 items in each sale, which is why it's always best to let us know you're coming so we can prepare your order ahead of time, rather than just showing up. Otherwise you should expect a delay in locating all your items. We also give you SEVERAL DAYS in which to pickup your order, unlike most others who give you a couple hours... we go out of our way to make it easy for you at pickup.

Absolutely awful for shipping, the auction completed 9 days ago and they haven't responded to several requests for me to pay for shipping. I've worked with many vendors on auction ninja and this by far the worst experience I've had. Advice to company- one response goes a long way as most don't mind waiting up to 2 weeks as long as we know something is happening.

When you purchase an item, and check off shipping (which this person did not) then you will be billed for the shipping costs automatically, and the item will ship automatically. All he had to do was check off shipping! Also a buyer should be certain there is sufficient balance on their credit card on-file with AuctionNinja so we may make that one-time shipping charge. Some folks have insufficient funds.
