Accuracy of items was excellent in that they posted a picture of every doll in the lot. Great deal! They were very friendly and super helpful at pick up with one of their employees taking the whole lot to my car. I was super grateful because it was a big and HEAVY lot. Thank you!

At a minimum, I must have contacted Beehive at least 6 times sending them questions on the AuctionNinja system and texts asking them how many beanie babies were in the 2 lots they had for auction. It's very difficult to BID BLIND when you don't know what you're going to get. All they had were pictures of the top of one box with 6 beanies showing, so I assumed it had to be a tiny box containing 12 tops. I was wrong - there were 20 total. The other bin only showed a few beanies, but I had guessed there had to be 25-30 beanies. If they don't provide information, they are not going to get top dollar because many of us will not risk it. I would have given them 5 stars, but their failure to respond to my many messages, and their negligence in showing the bare minimum in the pictures is not the best way to do business. They probably would have gotten higher bids if they had displayed the beanies in their pictures. They are friendly and helpful in person, but not as responsive on the system. I understand they may be overwhelmed, but then maybe they need to hire more help?

The heavy metal music in the room was so loud and obnoxious. The staff were kind to help carry my boxes out but packing them for a few minutes in the room was horrible with the loud obnoxious music.
