Winning Bidders will be required to bring help to move heavy or large items such as furniture. Packing materials will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping can be provided for small auction items. Shipping items will be identified in the description of the individual item. If it is not in the description, it cannot be shipped. If you are unsure about an item please contact us at (970) 825-4700 as we are happy to answer any questions you may have. Buyer pays all shipping costs. Please allow 7-10 days after close of auction for items to be packaged and prepared for shipping. Depending on the type of item shipped, a third-party shipping company may be used in transporting your items. Shipping pricing will be provided via email and charged to the card on file prior to shipping your items.
All items purchased from our sales are sold as-is and where-is. All sales are final. We attempt to list any damage, wear or repairs to the items we list through our descriptions and photographs. Avant Garde specializes in Antique and Vintage items so there will be wear consistent with age. Due to the unique nature of our items, a majority of our items are one of a kind so we are unable to offer returns, credits or exchanges.
