The small jewelry item purchased had missing two marcasite stones which I noticed only after careful inspection at home. The defect could not be seen on the photo of the item, and it was not listed in the comments which stated "good used condition". The defect renders the jewelry piece worthless, which means it was NOT in good condition. The seller whom I contacted within a couple of hours refused to provide a refund, telling me it was sold "as is". Well, it was not listed "as is". A very disappointing experience in comparison with other sellers who are far more honest and forthcoming.
UPDATE: The seller agreed to accept back the damaged pin and issued a refund.
