Two very close family members passed away the day before and I couldn't make it for pick up at the time posted. I asked the Auctioneer to please allow me to pick up later that day. She told me NO, that I should send someone else , she cannot hold. She said it is my responsibility. I paid for the items and will never do business with this woman again. IF I COULD GIVE MINUS STARS I WOULD. The only thing she cared about was that the items were paid for.

Grace, I did my best to communicate with you. We agreed to meet you at the location much earlier than the start time on the pick-up date indicated on the auction to accommodate your situation. You texted me early that morning saying again you couldn’t make it. For potential customers reading this, our terms and conditions are clear, if a winning bidder can’t pick their items or send someone as a proxy to attend the pick-up day and time, they will forfeit the items with no refund. We are at our clients’ home one-day only for pick-up. We are not a retail establishment or a storage warehouse. This is clearly listed in our terms and conditions for all our auctions.
