Items not picked up during allotted pickup days/times will be considered forfeited without refund.

We are happy to ship smalls [jewelry] at a flat rate of $15 (regardless of how many item you win :- )

For larger items, there is a $10 handling fee over the actual postage amount.

A storage fee may be charged for any item(s) pre-approved for pickup past the pickup time window.

COVID-19 REQUIREMENTS

• Please bring your own pen for signing or bring a signed invoice.
• At pickups, please observe social distancing protocol.
• If you are feeling sick or have traveled recently, please do not come in person to pick up your items. Instead ask a family member or friend to pick up for you.
