Listed is a plein air pastel landscape by artist Johan Bjurman. Bjurman worked as a commercial artist, most notably in Rhode Island for the restoration of the facade of the Fleur de Lis building of the Providence Art Club in Providence. But his primary interest is in working from life for a better understanding of light, space and the energies of the surrounding environment.
