Nancy is wonderful. This group wants to make sure their customers are happy in the end. I do recommend if you buy a musical instrument request a preview if it is allowed (some other places do so) or ask for more photos. Nice auction house. They go out of their way to fix problems if there is any!

when I go to picking them up after won the bid and paid by full , they told me they don't have the items on the list , so sad , finally they refund the money for what I was paid! what is a ridiculous for customers, and when I tried bid other stuff u never win !
