Bring packing materials as we cannot supply them. Larger items may require you to bring additional help. Staff is not available to help you to your car. Movers may be available at an added cost. We cannot guarantee availability.

ITEMS UNCLAIMED will be Forfeited and left with Artifacts2Go.

Artifacts2Go will not guarantee the authenticity of any signature unless so stated at the time of auction. We will only guarantee the medium in which the work is executed. NYS has recently clarified its regulations on sales tax collection requirements as it pertains to out-of-state shipments. In effect, we are required to collect sales tax for ALL PURCHASES regardless of where the shipping destination is, with the only exceptions being either:

A) the shipping destination does not collect sales tax locally (Such as Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon) or;
B) you have a valid resale certificate - Must be entered in the Auction Ninja platform before the end of the auction. Please understand we cannot refund your taxes after the auction ends.
